New porch
Garden redesign
With the existing roof in good condition, we commenced with footings, then brick and block, render, door and windows.
The inside has a new ceiling with spotlights and fresh paint throughout, plus a carpeted floor. The exterior is weatherproofed and finished to blend in with the property.
We were asked for a low maintenance garden which could be planted in, so we built raised flowerbeds. Due to the condition of the underlying soil, grass was not an option, so we renewed the existing gravel. We designed the path to divide the garden into separate spaces, and created an attractive bin store to one side.
We were also asked for a shed, which we built from scratch to fit perfectly into the available space.
Other tasks we performed during this job were to dig over and remove existing shrubs from the front garden, and add new flowerbeds and a small picket fence to the front of the property.
